RU.CO.S was established in 1964 thanks to the Serina brothers’s entrepreneurial ability. With the arrival of the first grinding-machines, mostly from foreign markets, the needs in Italy of RUBBER CONTACT WHEELS became increasingly urgent.
RU.CO.S. started to study and to manufacture the first contact drums entering the market through the grinding machine producers.
This also marked the establishment of lasting relationships with the customers, characterised by mutual trust.
Further improvements have lead RU.CO.S. to operate in all those fields using CONTACT WHEELS, thus widening its range of products.
The production of RUBBER CONTACT WHEELS was then followed by the production of cellular vulkollan, cotton, polyurethane, and silicone.
The high technology and the continuous evolution of the grinding market, have induced the Company to make a constant improvement with the view to investing in a CNC machine park to enhance the production capacity and, in the meantime, to control and guarantee the quality of our products.
Thanks to the versatility and the wide range of products RU.CO.S. has succeeded in penetrating both the domestic and the foreign markets, ranking among the leader Companies.

In 1999 the Company moved to its new headquarters, doubling the productive surface; the determination to search for a constant growth and the special attention paid to the quality of our products, support us in the pursuit of a constant improvement also in the future.
