We broadened our production of contact wheels by inserting… PLASTICELL WHEELS!

The characteristic of these wheels is a super light resin body with very good mechanical performance ,coated with segmented polyurethane foam (CELL) coming from the same family of Vulkollan, flexible and elastic suitable for the working of soft metals as brass, aluminium etc.
( i.e. door handles, water taps…).
Characteristics of flexibility, life rate and resistance to abrasion are also good.
This is our economic line ,studied and created from the request of our customers to save money on their working cycle, maintaining the same high quality level of our standard production

VULKOLLAN VENTILATED

The VULKOLLAN VENTILATED wheel is indicated for dry workings on all types of manual, automatic machines and robots where there is the automatic belt tension system.
This wheel is born because of the pressing request of the customers to use a very flexible tool with high adaptability to the different shapes of water taps items.
It can be used also in other fields where there is the same request of adaptability , for example car industry for working aluminium mudguards, house industry with parts of steel chairs etc.
This type of wheel gives a good cutting action to the belt taking advantage of the particular cuts obtained from the special crossing of the flaps.
This system of flaps leaves an excellent roughness compared to the belt grit used during working.
The wheel can be used both with belts from 60 to 320/380 grit, giving high performances either in the grinding operations either in finishing workings.
The best results are obtained with the right working speeds shown on each wheel.
